I am Kirsten, a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. My role is not to hand you a strict plan or tell you what to do. My role is to walk beside you and help you bridge that gap. Together we clarify your goals, uncover what has been holding you back, and build sustainable habits that fit your real life.

What happens inside a session?

  • We begin with a check-in to reflect on what has been working and what has been challenging.
  • We decide together what to focus on right now based on your priorities.
  • We break it down into small action steps that feel realistic and doable.
  • You leave each session with clarity, confidence, and accountability.
